Harvey's reputation is staked on a successful career as a faith leader, out-of-the-box strategist and mentor for developing leaders and organisations. Building on his training in mediation, negotiation and organisational psychology, he enables his clients across the globe to build effective relationships, tackle thorny issues and implement solutions to complex professional, personal and public-policy issues.

As his experience grew, Harvey perceived an emerging commonality: the importance of finding clarity from within the complexity that frustrates clients' progress. He now focuses on eliminating the unnecessary layers of complexity that so often characterise contemporary careers and organisational structures, devising detailed recommendations for change, focusing on excellent communication, healthy collaboration, and robust disagreement.

His approach is systemic and wide-reaching, involving holistic reviews of working practices, decision-making, organisational structure and work environments.
